“Gender dysphoria” is always a symptom of mental illness (usually autism and/or OCD), paraphilia, trauma, or some combination of the above. It’s never a stand-alone thing, and there’s no such thing as having an opposite-sex brain. Prove me wrong.

I had sex dysphoria since I was 2. My earliest memories are telling my mum that there was a really uncomfortable feeling between my legs and crying to her to remove it. The uncomfortable feeling didn't go away until I had SRS. I was not sexually abused as a child.
